  • Why should I shop second-hand?
    - It's good for the environment in more than one way - It saves money - It's more sustainable in the long run - It can help you explore your style or discover - It's a unique form of self-expression - It allows you to be more creative
  • How long does shipping & handling?
    Your item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your payment has been finalized. If for whatever reason, your item(s) delay due to natural disaster, holidays, store vacation mode, or etc. then you'll get contact by the owner
  • Can I return an item(s)?
    Unfortunately, all sales are final. I would give my best to provide pictures of the flaws.
  • My item(s) has arrived damage, what should I do?"
    I always packaged my items will love and cautious but if your item(s) were damage to poor handling from the postal service. Please, contact me on the website or okaythriftyshop@gmail.com with pictures of the damage within the two days of the package arrival and I will give you some suggestions.
  • Would I ship items international?
    Unfortunately, I do not ship items internationally.
  • What about live auctions?
    Yes, I will do live auctions. If you're interested in purchasing item(s), you must send screenshots of the item(s) in my Instagram message after you won the item and I'll give the shipping estimate.
  • If you cancel more than two times on live auction, what happens?
    If you won the item(s) on live auction but you haven't purchase your item within 48 hours after the auction. You will be blocked from any live auctions in the future if this problem happened more than twice time.
  • Does my online shop offer local pickup?
    Yes, I offer local pickup for nearby followers who are interested in purchasing items. Local pickup are FREE! You must purchase the item(s) to schedule a local pickup. You have within 2 weeks to schedule a pickup the item(s) or you will not receive a refund
  • What are the available time/days for a pickup?
    The available time to schedule a local pickup is between 10 am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
  • How to schedule appointment for local pickup?
    After you selected the option to 'Local Pickup' at checkout, you must fill out a schedule form under 'Event > Local' tab. You would need to pick a time you would be comfortable with and you'll receive instructions how you could get your item(s).
  • What about live auctions?
    Yes, I will do live auctions. If you're interested in purchasing item(s), you must send screenshots of the item(s) and fill out a form at forms. | My Site (okaythriftyshop.com).
  • How do I know when Live Auction going to happen?
    You must subscribe to our email list where you could get direct information on the livestream or you could click on the 'Events' tab and you could add the live event on your calendar
  • If you cancel more than two times on live auction, what happens?
    If you won the item(s) on live auction but you haven't purchase your item within 48 hours after the auction. You will be blocked from any live auctions in the future if this problem happened more than twice time.
  • Can I make pre-claims on item(s)?
    Yes, you could make pre-claims on my Instagram story. You have within 24 hours before the story expire to call first dibs on item(s). If you do not make a pre-claim on item(s) then you would have wait for the item(s) to be available on my website.
